Therefore, it is important to build actions based on values. By adhering to these values, we create an environment that nurtures and attracts talent and provides a foundation for high-quality performance.<\/p><\/div>

Openness:<\/u><\/strong> Information is hugely important when making decisions (DUH!), which is why everyone should<\/p>

  • Know what is being done and why<\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    • Listen and be heard<\/li>
    • Request and give feedback<\/li><\/ul>

      Striving for better:<\/u><\/strong> Better practices and capabilities inevitably lead to better outcomes. For this reason, we should regularly<\/p>

      • Enable individuals to develop and create time for it<\/li>
